What you receive

Records stay consistent

  • Objective baselines from day one (ROM, strength, tolerance, functional capacity as appropriate)
  • Defined milestone checkpoints with re-testing (measured change, not vague notes)
  • Organized records and progress summaries available with written authorization
  • Supportive clinical narrative: mechanism → findings → plan → response over time
  • Reliable coordination cadence so case timelines stay on track (with authorization)
Collaboration

Diagnostic imaging & referrals

When exam findings suggest diagnostic imaging would change management, we request the appropriate study through the right channel and document the clinical rationale.

We coordinate with other providers when it supports long term recovery—primary care, orthopedics, neurology, imaging centers, and other services as indicated.

Collaboration is guided by clinical necessity; we do not guarantee outcomes.
Clinical focus

We prioritize response tracking across common collision presentations and post traumatic injuries.

  • Whiplash associated disorders and neck pain patterns after collision
  • Headache presentations tied to cervical and upper quarter dysfunction
  • Concussion related symptom screening with escalation or referral when indicated
  • Jaw and facial tension patterns with TMJ involvement
  • Thoracic and rib mobility restrictions that affect breathing, rotation, and sleep comfort
  • Low back presentations including leg symptoms when consistent with findings
  • Shoulder and upper extremity strain patterns from bracing, seatbelt forces, or impact positioning
  • Hip and pelvic girdle involvement that changes gait, sitting tolerance, and daily activity
Concussion symptoms require appropriate medical screening. If red flags exist, we direct to urgent or emergency care.
Workflow
Patients become motivated

Identify baseline findings early so uncertainty drops and confidence builds.
Progress checks that keep motivation high and make improvements easier to recognize.
If symptoms are severe, worsening, or urgent, seek emergency care.
